Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026 (2026-09)

This page sets out the Terms of Service for the VPNBQ cross-border network acceleration subscription, covering service scope, account rules, acceptable use, billing and refunds, service availability and how the terms may change. By registering an account, buying a subscription or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following.

1. Service Scope and Coverage

VPNBQ provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription service, optimising connections for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux clients over international routes, and currently covers 110+ countries and 160+ routes.

The service is delivered as an account subscription: no email address is needed to sign up — a username and password are enough to open an account. Once you have subscribed, you collect your subscription details in the user panel and import them into the client for your platform. The service includes no physical device, and does not store, download or redistribute content from third-party websites.

2. Account and Subscription Usage Rules

An account is for the registered user only. There is no limit on how many devices can be online at once on a single account, and you can sign in on Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux at the same time. When using your account, the following rules apply:

  • Reselling, renting out or lending your account or subscription details is prohibited, as is posting subscription links publicly on forums or in group chats, or using them for commercial distribution.
  • Using scripts to register accounts in bulk, or repeatedly claiming trial allowances to obtain extra service quota, is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for keeping your username and password safe; any loss caused by leaked credentials is yours to bear.
  • If short bursts of high concurrency, unusual cross-region switching or similar patterns appear, the service may ask you to verify your identity, or suspend the account first and notify you.

3. Acceptable Use Requirements

You must use the service in compliance with the laws and regulations where you are located, and must not use it for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: attacking or breaking into other people's networks and information systems, spreading malware, committing online fraud, infringing intellectual property rights, or sending spam.

The service only provides network route acceleration and is not responsible for third-party content you reach through it. Any account action or legal liability arising from your misuse of the service rests with you.

4. Billing, Refunds and Subscription Termination

Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB; traffic resets each month on the day you subscribed, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated over the remaining days. Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB — they last until used up and never expire. Full pricing and details are on the plans page.

Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat / USDT. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout in the user panel.

Refunds: within 14 days of your first payment you can request a full, no-questions-asked refund by submitting a ticket in the user panel; once approved, the money is returned through the original payment method.

When a subscription expires without renewal, the service stops automatically and your account and order history are retained. For accounts that breach these terms, the service may suspend or terminate the subscription and will notify the user through the user panel.

5. Service Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is, and every effort is made to keep routes available. Because of international route adjustments, data centre maintenance and upstream carrier changes, individual routes may be interrupted or changed temporarily; the service restores them as quickly as possible and announces any changes in the user panel.

The service makes no commitment to specific speed figures, nor to the regional policies of third-party platforms: whether a third-party platform is accessible is up to that platform and can change at any time. Connection problems caused by force majeure, your local network environment or incorrect device configuration fall outside the scope of service guarantees.

On data handling, the service keeps no logs.

6. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated as the service and its pricing change. The updated version is published on this page with a revision date, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms. If you have questions about anything here, submit them through the ticket portal in the user panel and the service will reply as soon as possible.
