Clients support Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux; one subscription works across every platform, and simultaneous devices are unlimited.
Plans come in two forms: monthly subscriptions and data packs. Monthly subscriptions start at ¥9.9 and include 60GB, with data resetting each month on the activation date; data packs last until they run out and never expire. Operations principles
International routes are maintained in groups by region and purpose. Cross-border links serving mainland China prioritize dedicated and relayed route types, keeping usable bandwidth through evening peak hours; North America, Europe, East Asia and other regions each run independent egress points, so you can pick the route closest to your target service. Route types and coverage areas are updated continuously on the route list page.
If a connection fails, first switch to a backup route in the same region in your client, then check your local network and client version. If the problem persists, submit a ticket through the ticket portal in the user panel, including the route name, client platform and the time it occurred so it can be traced by time window. Subscriptions include a 14-day no-questions-asked refund.
Privacy stance
VPNBQ does not log browsing content or access records, and does not use traffic data for analytics or sell it. Registration requires only a username and password — no email address. Account information is used solely for essential purposes such as activating subscriptions, metering traffic and ticket communication.
