Privacy Policy

This page explains what user-related data VPNBQ processes while providing its cross-border network acceleration subscription service, what that data is used for, and what requests users can make about their data.

Data Collected and How It Is Used

Registration asks only for a username and a password; no email address is needed. The username identifies the account and is used for sign-in, and the password is stored after encryption — the service does not keep plaintext passwords.

The subscription and order process records the plan name, amount, order time and payment status. These records are used to activate routes, to reset the data allowance each month on the activation date, to work out the prorated difference for a mid-term upgrade, and to handle 14-day no-questions-asked refund requests.

Visit statistics record only aggregate information such as page view counts and referral type, used to judge which documentation needs expanding; they are not used to build personal profiles or for ad targeting.

Retention Policy for Logs and Connection Records

The service keeps no logs. Specifically, it does not record the websites or services accessed, the contents of DNS queries, the start and end times of connections, or the content carried over the routes.

Because none of these records are ever collected, the service holds no browsing history that could be retrieved, exported or handed to anyone else. The operational metrics needed for troubleshooting and capacity planning are aggregated per route and are not tied to individual accounts.

The IP address used when a connection is established serves route scheduling during the session only and is not written to long-term records.

How Cookies and Local Storage Are Used

The user panel uses browser local storage to keep sign-in credentials and the interface language preference: the first maintains the signed-in state while it is valid, the second remembers the language last chosen. Clearing browser data removes both, and signing in again is required.

Page visit statistics use on-site counting and do not track users across sites. No third-party advertising scripts are embedded, and visit data is not shared with ad platforms.

With cookies or local storage disabled, browsing the marketing pages is unaffected; signing in to the user panel, retrieving subscriptions and using tickets require local storage.

Payment Processing and Third Parties

Payment is completed through Alipay, WeChat or USDT, with acquiring and fund transfer handled by the respective payment channel. The service neither receives nor stores card numbers, payment passwords or wallet private keys.

Once payment is complete, the channel returns the order number, amount and payment result to the service for plan activation and reconciliation; these receipts keep only the fields the order requires.

Refunds follow the 14-day no-questions-asked policy, and the arrival of funds is confirmed by the payment channel's receipt.

Data Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account information is kept for as long as the account exists. Order and payment records are kept for the necessary period after the service relationship ends, for reconciliation, refunds and compliance archiving; once that period passes they are deleted or anonymized.

Deletion requests can be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel, stating the data to be deleted and the account concerned. Where open orders or refunds in progress are involved, deletion is carried out after the order is settled.

Because destination and connection logs are never collected, a deletion request does not involve browsing history; the deletable scope is account information and the parts of order records that go beyond the necessary period.

How This Policy Is Updated

When this policy is revised, the “Last updated” date at the top of the page changes with it, and the revision takes effect on the day it is published.

Important changes to the scope of data collection or the way data is used are announced in the site notices or in the user panel. Continuing to use the service after a change is published means accepting the revised version.

Questions about this page, or a request for further explanation, can be raised through the ticket entry in the user panel, and the service will answer them when handling the ticket.

The Terms of Service that accompanies this page sets out the specific terms for plans, payment and refunds; if the two differ, the Terms of Service prevail.
